How We Verify Every Profile

Families deserve to know that the profiles they see are genuine. That is why verification is part of our process, not an extra.

Step by step

1. You register free. You fill in our form, give a reference person, and choose a convenient day and time for a video call.
2. A short video call. Our team speaks with the person registering, and with a family member where the profile is for a son, daughter or relative.
3. A reference check. We contact the reference person you gave us.
4. Review and approval. A profile is shown only after these checks, and only with the details you have agreed to share. Profiles that do not pass are not shown.
5. Introductions. Contact details are shared with both families only when both agree and a package is chosen.

What we do not ask for

We do not collect Aadhaar numbers or ID copies. Please do not send them.

What stays private

Your phone number, address, date of birth, family details, and health conditions are never shown publicly.

What may be shown, only with your consent

A public profile card may show name, city and state, gender, marital status, caste, education and profession. When someone taps See More, it may also show age, mother tongue, religious orientation, school of thought, complexion, height, weight, number of children, annual income, blood group, and a photo if you provide one. You can ask us to hide or remove your profile at any time.

The limits of verification

Verification lowers the risk, but it cannot remove it. Please still make your own enquiries, involve your family, and follow our safety guide. We facilitate introductions only and cannot guarantee any outcome.
